This 1:44 minute video shows the basic interface of the software, in a “mock” workshop.

While the example focuses on a Recruiting Department, the subject of the workshop can be anything that might be considered a process or activity, including organizations, projects and individual jobs.

The main activity of the workshop is:
– the software operator/facilitator asks a series of questions, that are contained in the software,
– the workshop participants provide answers (or otherwise contribute information)
– the operator records the responses in the software.

The software uses the same interface to lead a group through an entire compact process review and improvement cycle.
